in-person resource for Wyoming residents who want additional assistance in
shopping for and enrolling in plans in the Health Insurance Marketplace (www.healthcare.gov). Enroll Wyoming
The Navigators selected for Wyoming, along with certain volunteer Certified Application Counselors and public health centers, will use the slogan, Enroll Wyoming, and have referral services through Wyoming 2-1-1 (in Wyoming, dial 211 or (888)425-7138).

Navigator Grant Recipients
Below are the names of the organizations awarded grants by the federal Health Insurance Marketplace (www.healthcare.gov) to serve as Navigators in Wyoming:
Wyoming Institute for Population Health The Wyoming Institute for Population Health will help lead "Enroll Wyoming," a statewide effort to reach out to the uninsured in Wyoming. They plan on reaching out to the uninsured population through hospitals, safety-net providers, and others to inform people of their coverage options and facilitate enrollment.
Wyoming Senior Citizens, Inc. Wyoming Senior Citizens, Inc. is a non-profit that is working to provide eligible citizens with information about programs that can help them enroll in health care. Counselors from the group will provide public information at libraries, senior centers, town halls, etc., and focus on eligible populations in the rural, frontier, and farming communities in Fremont, Hot Springs, Washakie, Big Horn, Carbon, Natrona, Converse, Goshen, and Laramie Counties.
Health Center Outreach and Enrollment Assistance—Grant Recipients
Wyoming has five federal Health Resources and Services Administration sponsored health centers. In 2012, these health centers in Wyoming were located in 15 sites that served 16,055 patients last year, 47.56% of them uninsured. In 2013, the four health centers listed below were awarded federal grants to assist the federal government with outreach and education of Wyoming citizens regarding health care reform. With the federal funding for outreach, the health centers listed below expect to hire 5 additional workers, who will assist 4,160 people with enrollment into health insurance coverage.
